Logging in to the Admin Console

The admin console allows organization administrators to manage settings that affect the entire organization, including managing the organizational hierarchy, users, security settings, branding, and inspection templates along with related components.
Logging In
- In a web browser, visit https://admin.snapshot.bidadoo.com
- Alternatively, you can log in through the user portal at https://snapshot.bidadoo.com and click the Admin Console button in the lower left
- Enter your user name (typically your email address)
- If your organization has enabled single sign on, you'll be directed to login through your identity provider
- Otherwise, enter your password and click Login
Multi-Factor Authentication
If your organization has multi-factor authentication (MFA) enabled, after successful login you'll need to enter a time based one time password that's delivered to the method (SMS or authenticator app) that you have configured, or that your organization has enabled. The first time you log in, you might be prompted to set up MFA. If you no longer have access to the device that was originally configured with MFA, contact another org admin, or open a ticket on the support portal.
Permissions
To be able to access the admin console, you'll need at least one admin-level permission set either by another org admin, or by SnapShot support. Contact your org admin or open a ticket on the support portal if you require access.
