Settings - MFA & Templates

Available in: Professional and Enterprise

In the Settings menu, you'll find options to change organization wide defaults. Changing here affect the entire organization and all organizational units.

MFA

Increase security of your users and data by enabling/enforcing MFA settings. If you enable both settings, users will choose their preferred option during initial login/activation.

SMS Authentication: When prompted at login, a 6 digit code will be sent to the registered mobile number. If you did not supply a mobile number for the user during user creation, they'll be asked to enter it during setup

Authenticator App: When prompted at login, the user will enter the code displayed on an authenticator app that supports TOTP (e.g. Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, etc)

Templates

If enabled, you'll have access to change which templates or inspection types are available to your users. Toggle these options on or off as needed.
